1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Digital Goods by Bob, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We try to keep this readable — if anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain.

2. Accounts

To purchase products or use the Minecraft Mod Generator, you'll need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Products and Licensing

We sell two types of digital products:

• Subscriptions (e.g., AI Prompt Library, AI Prompt Pro, Habit Stacking System) — access continues as long as your subscription is active.
• One-time purchases (e.g., prompt packs, wallpaper packs, Mini Tools Bundle) — you own these forever after purchase.

All products are licensed, not sold. Your license permits:

• Personal and commercial use of the product content.
• Modifying content for your own projects.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original product files.
• Claim the work as your own creation.
• Use products to compete directly with Digital Goods by Bob (e.g., reselling our prompts in another prompt store).

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected.
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
• If a subscription price changes, you'll be notified before the change takes effect. Existing subscribers keep their current price through the current billing cycle.

5. Minecraft Mod Generator & Credits

The Minecraft Mod Generator operates on a credit system:

• Credits are deducted when a mod build starts. If the build fails, credits are automatically refunded.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire.
• Subscription credit allocations reset each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• Generated mods are for personal use in Minecraft. You may share them with friends but may not sell or redistribute the mod files commercially.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. Prices are listed in US dollars.

7. Refunds

• One-time purchases: 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked — email us and we'll refund you.
• Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. We don't prorate partial months, but you keep access through the end of your billing period.
• Credit packs: Refundable within 14 days if no credits have been used. Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit packs.
• Failed mod builds: Credits are automatically refunded if generation fails. No need to contact us.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.
• Not abuse the Minecraft Mod Generator (e.g., submitting illegal, harmful, or excessively offensive content).
• Not attempt to bypass access controls, share accounts, or exploit vulnerabilities.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital Goods by Bob provides products "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and software — is the property of Digital Goods by Bob or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the site itself without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our business evolves. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. For significant changes (new fees, different refund policies), we'll notify you via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
