• Payment info: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: any content you send through our contact form or support email.
• Minecraft mod specifications: if you use the Minecraft Mod Generator, we store the mod descriptions you submit so we can generate and deliver your mods.

We also collect some data automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns. This helps us improve the site.
• Device data: browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and debugging.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Process orders, subscriptions, and refunds
• Deliver products, downloads, and mod generation results
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates, password resets)
• Respond to your questions and support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on these services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions, and refunds. Stripe handles all card data under PCI-DSS compliance.
• Supabase — database and file storage for accounts, products, and generated mod files.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data each service needs to function.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for site functionality (like keeping you logged in). We do not run ad networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking beyond what our hosting provider (Vercel) collects for performance monitoring.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: kept as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time.
• Purchase records: retained for tax and legal compliance (typically 3–7 years).
• Generated mod files: stored in Supabase so you can re-download them. Deleted on request.
• Support messages: retained for up to 2 years for reference.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data — encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and respond quickly to any issues.

8. Your Rights

You can request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
